3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Complete mobile phone verification by entering the SMS code sent to your registered Indonesian mobile number.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jet88. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to others, or operating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. We employ advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. Users found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
• jet88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposit processing times vary by method: bank transfers typically process instantly to within 15 minutes; e-wallets are instant.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your payment account. Failed deposits due to insufficient funds may result in fees charged by your bank.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. This anti-money laundering measure prevents jet88 from being used as a currency exchange service.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and verified during KYC.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Daily withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier.
• Withdrawal processing times: Most requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during WIB business hours (08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday). Requests outside business hours are queued for next-day processing.
• First-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification, which may take 1-24 hours.
• jet88 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard requests. Your bank may impose receiving fees. Expedited withdrawal requests for VIP members may incur a nominal processing fee as disclosed at time of request.

• We reserve the right to request additional verification documents or conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns.

4.3 Refund and Chargeback Policy

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account Balance, except in cases of technical error, duplicate processing, or fraud. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider without prior authorization from jet88 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action to recover losses. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 10.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Key wagering terms:

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative play with other Users to gain unfair advantage.

jet88 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and close accounts at our sole discretion. Closed accounts will forfeit all balances including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. We may report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

8. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jet88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect wagers, misunderstanding of rules, or User error.
